Join Laura Shell from Access and Success to learn some some strategies for taking a mindful break, even when your classes are causing you stress. We'll try a few different mindfulness activities and talk about the benefits of mindfulness practices.
We'll be offering the same session twice, in-person on Tuesday (10/12) and via Zoom on Wednesday (10/13).
