Anxiety support groups will be held on Fridays at 2pm, via zoom
Psychoeducation: February 3rd
- Purpose: Gain understanding about anxiety and how it functions in the brain and body.
Grounding Techniques: March 3rd
- Purpose: Learn coping skills that help decrease anxiety and panic symptoms.
Social Anxiety: April 7th
- Purpose: Gain knowledge about social anxiety, common experiences and what we can do to help.
Test Anxiety: May 5th
- Purpose: Learn about test anxiety, common experiences and what we can do to manage distress.
