Presented by Maureen De Armond, Executive Director of Human Resources. This will be a crash course on change management inspired by LEAN and 6-Sigma concepts. In one hour we will only have time to cover basics, but this session will help you identify the key stages of changing a process, policy, or workflow. We’ll borrow from 6-Sigma the DMAIC approach: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control.
