DMARC Hunger Simulation

In recognition of Hunger and Homelessness Awareness & Action Week Nov. 13-21, we will host a DMARC hunger simulation on Nov. 15.

DMARC’s Hunger Simulation is an immersive interactive experience for you to learn what it’s like to live in food insecurity. In the Hunger Simulation, you take on the identity of a real person experiencing food insecurity. All students are invited to participate in this event. This event will provide tons of learning experience and allow one to heighten their awareness, and learn what they can do to help these inequities. Please share & use the following Eventbrite link to register: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/dmarc-hunger-simulation-tickets-204658076817

There will be a brief kick-off event to the week prior to the simulation at 3:30pm. You are encouraged to bring items (canned goods or personal hygiene items) to be donated to DMARC and the Little Free Pantries.
