Lack of time is the number one reason many people do not engage in regular physical activity. In this course, we'll talk about the most efficient ways to fit physical activity into a busy lifestyle. We'll discuss time-effective strategies to incorporate regular aerobic and muscle strengthening exercise into our daily lives in order to improve health and fitness.
