Pursuant to Drake’s Sexual Harassment Policy, all nonconfidential faculty and staff are required to notify the Title IX Office when they know or reasonably suspect that a student may be experiencing/has experienced sexual misconduct.  Attend this session to learn more about why Drake has adopted this reporting structure and get advice on how to navigate this important duty.
