View mapDo you sometimes just need a moment to yourself? Attend this session and create a crafty door hanger for your home or office that will give you permission to stop and take a break. The session will begin with mindful breathing techniques and offer strategies that you can utilize to support your overall wellness in a moment. This class will be facilitated by students in the Occupational Therapy department and overseen by Rachel Allen-McHugh, assistant professor/vice chair of occupational therapy. Limit of 10 in class.
