In this session, we’ll talk about the science and practice of healthy aging.  We’ll focus on evidence-based physical activity and nutrition strategies that may help extend our “health span”.  We’ll focus on strategies to reduce the risk of developing the most common chronic diseases, including cardiovascular diseases and diabetes.  This session will be facilitated by Meredith Luttrell, associate professor of biology.  Register for all BUILD classes using this Qualtrics Form.
