Research shows a significant majority of individuals in the U.S. are sleep deprived. Do you have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep? Attend this session to gain strategies to help you foster effective sleep routines. You will also create a breathing string to increase your calm and relaxation to help you fall asleep or return to sleep. This class will be facilitated by students in the Occupational Therapy department and overseen by Christine Urish, professor of occupational therapy.
