This project will help professors evaluate inclusion in their syllabus and course design. The participants will use the Inclusion by Design tool to help them achieve a more inclusive class.

-- Working with the Erin Lain on the evaluation of materials sources and course design to include diverse perspectives and thought.
-- Attending a three day workshop from 1-4pm July 10-12 (tentatively). (Dates will be determined based on participant availability).
-- Requiring all students enrolled in the FYS to attend at least two cultural celebrations or other types of programming that will expose students to a diversity of views.
-- Attending two meetings of all instructors participating in the program to be held during the Fall 2019 semester.
After the initial meeting(s) with Erin to evaluate course content and design, participants will receive as stipend of $500. After attending the final meeting and writing a reflection paper participants will receive an additional $500.
