Gene Editing and Agriculture: Exploring the Legal and Policy Implications of the CRISPR Revolution

This wide-ranging symposium at Drake Law School will bring together scientists, attorneys, and legal academics, all working at the cutting-edge of today’s gene editing revolution, to discuss current and impending developments in the law and policy surrounding the application of gene editing to agriculture. The dialogue will encompass intellectual property rights and IP licensing, regulatory issues, and future directions for CRISPR and other advanced gene editing technologies.
