Keynote by Dr. Livingstone Sewanyana, President of the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative in Kampala, Uganda, and Independent Expert on the promotion of a democratic and equitable international order to the United Nations Human Rights Council. A panel discussing local, national and global perspectives on migration will follow Dr. Livingstone’s keynote address.
