Do you want to learn CPR but don’t have time for an extensive course, or are hesitant to provide mouth-to-mouth resuscitation?  The American Heart Association (AHA) is offering a free 90-minute Hands-Only CPR class.  Hands-Only CPR has been shown to be as effective in the first few minutes, as conventional CPR for cardiac arrest.
