  course\, or are hesitant to provide mouth-to-mouth resuscitation?  The Am
 erican Heart Association (AHA) is offering a free 90-minute Hands-Only CPR
  class.  Hands-Only CPR has been shown to be as effective in the first few
  minutes\, as conventional CPR for cardiac arrest. This class will teach y
 ou two easy steps that can double or triple a teen or adult cardiac arrest
  victim’s chance of survival.  Register for all BUILD classes using this
