A whole week, celebrating and supporting Drake transfer students! National Transfer Student Week, October 21 - 25. 

Monday, October 21: Parfaits & Postcards, 9am to 11am, Olmsted Breezeway

• Grab a yogurt parfait for breakfast or a snack and write a welcome note or share advice on a postcard sent to a incoming transfer student.

Wednesday, October 23: WellCon24, 3pm to 5pm, Upper Olmsted

• Improve wellness through information, resources, and activities that support health and well-being in the eight dimensions of wellness!

Thursday, October 24: Sugar & Swag, 10:30am to 1:00pm, Olmsted Breezeway

• Pick up a Drake transfer student sticker, some swag, and some candy and share interest in Drake's new transfer student group. 

Friday, October 25: Drake Women's Volleyball vs. Indiana State, 6pm, Knapp Center

• Drake transfer students get free tickets with your Drake ID! For free or discount tickets for family and friends, contact alicia.hilligas@drake.edu. 

Follow Drake Student Instagram all week for transfer student success stories and highlights! We encourage all Drake students, faculty, and staff to take pictures this week at different events, in class, with transfer friends and tag #transferstudentweek on social media!
