Tech Tuesday: Project Management II

Projects are everywhere. Maybe you have been asked to lead an initiative, or you’re participating on a project team, or you’re just curious and want to learn more about project management. Regardless of your reason, join us to learn the basics of how to plan a project and prepare for kickoff. We’ll dive into details regarding the project planning step. This will include considerations for clearly defining your project, establishing ground rules for the project team, and sharing a sample kickoff meeting agenda. Participants will receive 1 hour of BUILD credit for attending this session. Register via Eventbrite.
