The Capital City Pride Parade is a celebration of community and culture that honors LGBTQ+ social and self-acceptance, legal rights, achievements, and pride. Come join Drake University and walk in the Pride Parade to support the LGBTQIA+ community in Des Moines. We encourage all attendees to wear your Drake Blue and to register at the website here or email Greg Lin at gregory.lin@drake.edu if you intend to come.
After the Parade, please join us for a post-Parade social and Drake will treat the first 25 individuals.
