Lean into the mindful quality of the immersive installation I AM A MULTITUDE by Jill Wells with this mindful yoga session. Somatic yoga is a gentle, tranquil practice that helps you tune into your body’s sensations, release tension, and reset the nervous system through slow, intuitive movement. When paired with sound bowl meditation, the body can more deeply absorb the vibrations, enhancing release, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Led by Jazzmine Brooks, this session is the perfect way to relax during finals week. Space is limited and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Yoga mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.
